Last Sunday I went to the Bazaar Bizarre in South Boston. It's a great annual craft show. There was SO MUCH nice stuff there! I went there with the intent of only buying Christmas gifts. Did that happen? NO. If there wasn't so much yarn there, I could have done it, but there was too much yarn. I didn't do too much damage, but I could have exhibited more self control. This is what I took home: a "Knitting into the Blogosphere" T-shirt by Ms. McYarnpants, a skein of sock yarn from the one and only Knitgrrl (I managed to cough out an EXTREMELY DORKY "uh...are you knitgrrl?" while I was at her table. UGH. DORKY.), and a skein of awesome purple sport weight yarn from Skeintily Clad. I did buy a few more things, but they are gifts, so I will not display them here. I saw a lot of friends from the board there, and many of them had their own tables and were selling their wares! It was really awesome. It's very inspiring to see how creative everyone is. I'm hoping I can learn how to dye my own yarn and maybe...well..be one of them someday. :)
