I recently pulled out this old WIP from a couple of years ago. I kind of knew it existed, but sort of pretended for forget about it. Finishing my Pinup Queen really inspired me to pull this out and finish it up. It is a baby sweater that I started knitting for a co-worker back at my first job in Boston. Needless to say, the baby it is intended for is way huge now, so this sweater will go into my reserves until someone has either a baby girl or an open-minded baby boy.
I only made one mod to this pattern. Instead of sewing up the seam on the collar, I added a couple of buttons so it would be easier to get a baby into. Santina gave me this book where this pattern is from, and I started looking through it again and it has the nicest baby stuff in it! I am definitely not planning on it, but I kind of can't wait for some of my friends or family to start popping out babies so I can knit so much cute stuff.
